About Delve Group
Delve Group turns frontier AI capabilities into operational reality. We work in the gap between what's possible and what's practical.
Founders Kyle and Blythe Easterly - on a glacier outside Anchorage, Alaska
How Delve Group started
Delve Group started in Anchorage in early 2025, when Kyle and Blythe Easterly left careers in enterprise software to chase an observation they couldn't shake: AI models had quietly become capable of far more than most organizations were doing with them - and the gap was widening every month.
Kyle had spent 15+ years building enterprise software across oil & gas, telecommunications, and government - industries where systems run for decades and downtime has real consequences. Blythe had spent 15 years leading large-scale software implementations, training programs for thousands of users, and change management across complex organizations. Between them: a deep respect for software that works, and very little patience for demos that don't survive contact with a real workday.
So the firm was built on a simple commitment - work in that gap, and ship. Not strategy decks. Not proofs-of-concept. Production systems that organizations depend on daily, delivered in weeks.
And one bet, made deliberately: every deployment should make the next one better. Each system we ship adds patterns, reusable components, and hard-won judgment to a compounding engine - so no project starts from zero. The early projects proved the model. The engine is what we're building for the long run.
How we work
Production-grade, built to last
We come from industries where systems run for decades and downtime has real consequences. We build AI systems as durable production software, not experiments.
We build the way we advise
AI-native, agentic development on tools we built ourselves. The methods we recommend to clients are the methods we run the firm on.
Human-in-the-loop
AI does the heavy lifting; people make the judgment calls. Every system we ship is designed around where human review actually matters.
The right model for each task
Model-agnostic by principle. Capability, cost, and safety decide the model for each job - never vendor loyalty. Sometimes that choice is an ethical one, and we treat it that way.
The team
Small, senior, and deliberate - working from Anchorage and Denver, everyone seeing the whole business.
