Work at Delve Group
Production work from week one, agentic AI tooling as your daily instrument, and a firm small enough that everything you build is visible.
Real work, immediately
People here ship billable production work - and demo it to clients - within their first six weeks. That's how we train: paired, on production code, from week one.
AI-native from day one
State-of-the-art agentic coding platforms are the daily instrument here - you decide what should exist, review what gets built, and own that it runs in production.
The whole business, visible
You work directly with the founders, clients know your name, and everything you build is seen. Small is deliberate.
Open roles
AI-Native Architect
Full-time · Anchorage, AKOwn system architecture across three to four concurrent client builds - integration approach, data model, hosting and security posture, the build/buy/extend calls - working through agentic tooling daily. From regulated clinical environments in the client's tenant to multi-tenant systems hosted in ours. We're not hiring fifteen years of habits; we're hiring judgment, plus the appetite to work in a way most senior engineers haven't.
Applied AI Product Delivery
Full-time · Anchorage, AKShip production features in real client codebases - admin interfaces, dashboards, customer portals, agent chat - roughly 75% building and 25% client-facing. With the discipline that makes AI-built software trustworthy: unit tests on the calculation engine, rate limits on the AI feature, guardrails on the outbound email. Fast, and inside the lines.
Intern / Apprentice
Part-time or summer · Anchorage, AKA hands-on apprenticeship where the work varies week to week - kiosk hardware at a client site one week, a small internal tool or a GPU workstation build the next. You work directly with the founders and get mentored under whichever role needs capacity. No degree requirement, no experience requirement: we care what you've made and how you think.
How to apply - skip the resume
Email hello@delve-group.com with the role in the subject line and send us your links: (1) your LinkedIn, (2) your X or wherever you post publicly, (3) a GitHub repo or something you actually built - tell us in two sentences what it does and what was hard, (4) your personal website or anywhere you write or show your work, and (5) one more source that references you: an app in production, a talk, a write-up, a client or collaborator who'll vouch.
We read everything; the links carry the most weight. And yes, you can use AI to prepare your application - we'd be more surprised if you didn't. Make sure what you send is true.
